- Is there free parking? There is a gravel parking lot adjacent to the building. Additional street parking is available.

- Can I have an event at the museum? The Enchanted Garden and museum are available to rent for private events and weddings. Learn More

- Do you have an audio tour available? All you need is a smartphone with internet access and headphones. Refer to the signs inside the museum that correlate with the chapter of the audio tour. Learn More
- Am I required to wear a mask? Visitation protocols are based on recommendations from health professionals and are in-line with our neighboring museums. They are designed to create a safe environment and experience for all of our guests and staff. Masks are required for all visitors.
- Does the museum provide wheelchairs and/or ramps? The museum is accessible to persons with disabilities. We do have historic buildings with some limitations but please call ahead with specific questions about how we can accommodate your needs and prepare for your visit.
- Can I donate artwork or literature to the museum? A lot of thought goes into accepting donations. Each one is given careful consideration by museum curators, administrators, and directors. We want to ensure that any object accepted into our collection can be properly cared for. - Can I bring food or drinks into the museum? Food and drinks are allowed only in our garden during special events. No food or drinks are allowed in the exhibit spaces.
- Return Policy - Ticket purchases never expire but they are only refundable for 30 days. Shop items are final sale unless damaged.
- Shipping Policy - Items will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Tickets purchased online are not shipped. You will receive an electronic receipt by email that will serve as your ticket.
- Did Poe live in the museum buildings? No. Poe grew up in Richmond, with one of his family's residences just 6 blocks away from the museum. Poe visited the Old Stone House.
